Improvement Survey

The location, size and type of any or all improvements such as buildings, parking areas, driveways, sidewalks, fences, etc. is made whenever a plan view of the size and relationship of such improvements are needed for planning purposes. The information can be prepared relative to itself or to the boundary of the property on which they are situated if done in conjunction with a Boundary Survey. An Improvement survey is also known as an As-built survey.
